Sign your child in on the clipboard located outside their room. On the next available line, please put your name, child’s name, time you are checking in your child, your table leader’s name, and your cell phone if available.

For the children in the Nursery, Purple Room, Blue Room, and Pink Room, please put the coordinating number sticker on your child’s name tag. A second number sticker should be placed on your child’s bag. A Sharpie marker is available to write your child’s name on Sippy cups etc.

Please notify your child’s teacher if he/she has any allergies. There are Cheerios available in the Nursery and graham crackers in the other rooms for snack.
